Federal power steering pump w/cooler application, maybe TA/AAR

Hey gang..
Can anyone pinpoint the application for this Federal? I know that's a big block/hemi attach bracket, that's a proper cooler for a Saginaw but what's throwing me off is the later model pulley on it. Would this be for a '67 or'68 440 4speed B-body? Maybe it's a TA/AAR/340 4bbl 4-speed application with a big block/hemi engine bracket?

Based on what I read in a search for TA/AAR ps pumps, this looks to be a TA/AAR / '71 - later small block Federal setup with a big block / hemi bracket...

Looks like I need to try and trade this sucker for a Saginaw pump with a cooler; hint hint...........

The only one of those I've ever seen came off a '73 Roadrunner,400 4spd.I can't say It's identical to that one but it had the cooler on it.

my '74 'cuda 360 car had the pump/cooler unit on it.

My 70 383 R/T Challenger came with one.pitch the federal(I hate those pumps,they always whine like a phord)
 and get a Saginaw,use the cooler, and it will work just fine
