Anybody ever heard of "Surprise Garage"?

The name alone frightens me. Apparently they used to be at www.surprisegarage.com, but no longer.

Not directly car related, but there used to be a store in Trondheim, in the middle of Norway, called "Propan og Fritid", which translates into "Propane and Leisure Time". Could very well be a fitting name, but still...    :bananasmi

I can see how folks might think this was purely a joke post, but I really am wondering if anyone has heard of this place. I found a very old post saying they were selling all-metal TA hoods, and I'm wondering if that was ever really real and what happened to them.

Probably the same ones that Harms was selling.  Very expensive as each one was made by hand by that outfit that made Boyd Coddington's Alumitub body.

That's what I was wondering, re: Harms. I think those have disappeared completely.
