window regulator trouble

Since I had my door stuff all out I greased up my regulators real good, now one of them ( on the bench not in the car ) wants to run up on it's own if you even bump the handle. will it be OK once it's in the car with the weight of the glass or do I need a new regulator?

may have to try it in the door,,but with the glass in it should be ok,,
