Don't worry about bringing your car folks!  There were many of us that weren't able to drive our cars yet, but it was the people that made the trip a blast.  The cars were great to look and drool over, but the people are what make it fun!

We have to remember in order to get a tent, we need to follow some rules set by Carlisle as follows!

Car Club Tent Reservations
Carlisle Events offers a FREE 20' x 20' tent to each car club that registers a minimum of 25 vehicles at an event for use as your club headquarters.

New clubs that want to participate or clubs that didn't meet the 25 vehicle requirement last year will need to make a $150 pre-payment. If the club meets the 25 vehicle requirement this year, (based on Carlisle Productions' computer registration records), the prepaid tent fee of $150 will be reimbursed after the event to the club official who initiated the arrangements.

The $150 pre-payment fee is waived for clubs that have previously participated and met the 25 vehicle requirement.

Each member must register individually for the show field. Be sure that they list their club name when registering. A club organizer can collect the registration forms and mail them together, or they can be mailed by each individual member. Payment must accompany each registration in order for that individual to be considered pre-registered.

If everyone makes it too the show and registers properly, I think we have a shot at hitting the 25 people!  Then we wouldn't have to worry about it in 2006!   :grinno:  :grinyes:  :grinno:  :grinyes:

Pre-registeration ends June 9th, 2005!

After thinking about it I'm going for sure.  :driving:
Going to try and drag my brother too.

Also, in the past posts people have mentioned they are coming from the state of Michigan, plus I know Whitesatin is here in Ohio. Has anyone talked about doing a wagon train from state to state?

Yes.... a couple months before we leave, once we have a fairly good idea of who's coming, we make a "caravan" of sorts if you will and you can jump on where it's easiest for you!! Glad you're going to be able to make it... sounds like you'll be in my caravan!! :grinyes:
