Hey Larry, sorry to hear that Rick moved, next time you talk to him tell him I said hello. I bet he just figured there'd be more opportunities to see some pretty west coast babes on the beaches, lol.

LOL...the 71 is more a weekend warrior, the 74 is more show car. That said, since the 71 seems to be more in demand, i'll probably bring that.

Hemi 71 don't let us change your mind (bring the 71) on which car you will bring.  No matter what car you (bring the 71) choose to bring, we will all be happy.  After all, the most important thing (bring the 71) is that you come and share the weekend with your fellow (bring the 71) Mopar buddies.  Better yet, you bring the 74 and have Mrs. Hemi 71 bring the 71.  Now that sounds like a great idea to me!

I'll probably be there, but don't know which, or any, car will go along with me. The Barracuda is years away from being roadworthy, but the Scamp won't need too much to make the trip. Haven't had a car decent enough to make it there in years, & have been there only in my pick up to drag parts home. I think the last time I was at Carlisle in an old Mopar was probably over 10 years ago in my Scamp, & 15 in my Satellite ragtop. Where the hell does all time go?

Old Moparz,
Bring it on baby. We'll take anything Mopar. If it's been that long for you, then you won't believe how big it has grown. It's unbelievable. At least we'll have a tent to catch our breath under.

Thanks Mike. I've been going to the Carlisle shows regularly since the early 80's & only missed 2 of the Mopar shows there. I'm planning on going to the Spring Carlisle too. There's hardly any Mopars in the spring & fall shows, but I have a couple of Chebby friends that go & it's great to just hang out for a few days & BS with them. I'll look at the car corral & some tools while they get to buy all kinds of "cheap" stuff like ALL the trim, ALL the sheet metal, & ALL the other "easy" to find parts for their cars.

Would like to go topless this year, but the 318 in the Satellite is getting a bit leaky in it's old age. I also l had the exhaust go the end of last fall.

Mrs hemi71 does not do Carlisle...anything over 2-3 hrs of car exposure is too much for her..I just might get her to Ocean City Md in May though..plenty of non car activities for her there. I will be takin the 71 to OC.
