If it were me looking at that drivers quarter and where you have the car right now, I would order a new full quarter and replace it. Might as well do it right.

Question for you, how was the install on the one piece front floor pan? I am going to be installing one in my 70 Challenger this year.

The floor wasn't too bad.  If you're not replacing the front clip and firewall like I did, I suspect yours would be easier since you'll have those things in their original places.

I did take a small section down to the rivets.  About an inch down from the top of the quarter there is actually a deep crease where the rivets and replacment panel are.  This was covered by about a 1/4" of filler.  That's alot more than I want to fill back in and have paint issues later.  Maybe get pictures up later, I've been w/o a phone for a while but have my new one now.  I'll probably end up with a new quarter.

It's hard to show in a picture but where the rivets are is probably a good 1/2" to the inside of the top of the quarter.  Harvest is coming anytime now so we'll be hitting that pretty hard, but I'll post progress whenever there is some.
