$2 Million 'Cuda - I'll take 3
« on: November 01, 2004 - 07:59:38 AM »
OK, has anyone read this article in the Mopar mag about the new highest price paid for a 'Cuda.
2 million for a Hemi 'Cuda convert. ('71)
It was an export, had cool options like radio delete, kilometer per hour dash and manual top.
I read this is the same guy who paid one million for a Hemi convert about a year ago. Sounds like he is trying to corner the market!
I would too though. ( if I had that kind of cash  :-\ )

I'm not sure news like that makes me too happy!!  That just means that rare cuda's are getting farther out of reach for the average american!  :-\

Just plain not worth it, these prices are getting absurd!  I mean, gimme a break, nice car, but its a CAR for God's sake!  I dont care what car anybody mentions, any, and I mean any car on God's green Earth is not worth 2 million, I dont care what it is, and I love all cars, but this is crazy!  But then again, if you have that kind of cash burnin' a hole in your pocket, and you wanna spend that way, more power to ya!  I could think of a couple of other cars combined I'd buy with that cash, and still have money left over!

Hey,
This could be any hobby. Coins, stamps, baseball cards. The rich just look for something to invest in when the stocks and bonds thing doesn't excite them :( Too bad it just puts us real fanatics in a deeper hole to stay in our favorite hobby :P
