I have no idea what the alignment is set at. It goes down the road really straight though.
My suggestion- before you spend a ton of money on tubular uppers and sway bars, get your alignment checked!!!!!!!
Running down the road straight just means that your toe is set right (and you have no big cross camber/caster issues). Your caster and camber could easily be stock, or worse, incorrect.
I have my car set up with -.7 degrees of camber, +4 degrees of caster, and and 1/8" toe in. The negative camber makes a
huge difference, especially coupled with modern tires.
Tubular arms are nice (I have a set), but even just a set of offset bushing should allow you to get close to the alignment numbers above. Your ESPO springs should be just fine, and 1" torsion bars are a good set up. Maybe still a little small for a 440, but waaaaay better than stock. Tires are HUGE. Compounds have changed completely, so, if you're not running modern tires, you're going to spend a ton of money on suspension mods and not notice a big difference.
I'd get new bushings (to eliminate slop from worn bushing and to get offset bushings to get the right alignment), shocks, and tires first, and
get a proper alignment. From there, if you still feel the need to improve things, I'd go to improving the sway bars. Only after I did all that would I mess with the tubular arms again, or change the torsion bars. And I wouldn't mess with the K-member unless you're going race only.
