For the surrounding interior window and upper roof trim I was recommended to get this.

Im spraying lots of interior parts black now.  I have been using Kylon Fusion in satin.  They make a plastic as well as one for metal.  I am very happy with it so far. Good luck with it

My origonals have the texture already cast in the metal.  I see no reason why you'd need to use a textured paint.  I'm planning on using SEM trim black.

I read a thread a few years ago that said 1970 cars had more of a gloss on the interior.  If that's the case then the Landau black would be correct for 1970.

I used the Rust-Oleum     7220830 - Black Textured topcat pictured for the radio & heater control bezels as well as the rear window & along the top of door window trims...dead match.
Used the Krylon Fusion Satin Black on the metal dash & column, it may be a couple of notches glossier than OE. Looks good on the seat belt retractor covers.

I saved that pic a while ago but didn't take exact notes what I needed to save it for. Just knew it was somewhere used in the interior.
