Yeah i think it's pretty cool. But most of the credit for it goes to a bloke in the US who built it. I have done a few upgrades to the electrical and fuel systems but the majority was done. The worst part it's been sitting in the garage since April and haven't been legally able to drive it (been killing me too). Just got to fit new seat belts to it then rego and were ready to roll.

Thanks, once were on the road we'll take her to the track as well and see what the Cuda will do. But for the most part it will be a Sunday cruiser.

G'day maaate ! as Dave said where are you, east coast or west like me ?

Good luck at the licensing.. Here in Western Australia, I tried the other day to license my 74 Cuda 360 stock , nice car    after pleading with the dept of transport to make sure they tell me what paperwork I need to bring as not to hold me up for hours on end, I went there and waited for nearly an hour and thought I had better go and check a few things while standing around waiting.. [another hour goes by]  What a bunch of idoits, I went from one section to the other and finally they ended bringing in someone where I started from at the pits!.. :banghead: He took great delight in giving me the run around and said " you should have called up to check" ...Man I could have killed him! he then said "we wont even look at your car until you get an engineer to look at it, even then we my not pass it"  :villagers: The way the system works here is absolutely disgraceful.

AGhhh!   :violin:

Welcome anyway... :smilielol:

G'day fellow Aussies i'm up in Queensland. It's a bugger that i have to change the seat belts as it's already got the front one's there. Geeze Talkwrench I hope to not have those drama's. Once the belt's are in an engineer has to inspect them and light's etc then hopefully just need a roadworthy cert from mechanic then we should be good to go (fingers crossed). :bananasmi

My fingers crossed for you.. The engineer I went to was a decent guy, all he wanted was for me to cover the red reflectors on the rear flanks with black tape [and then said rip them off after it goes through  :roflsmiley:] I missed out buy 3 months and have to change the rear indicators so they are amber, he said wire through the reverse lights and put in amber globes , reverse lights in amber he would except. He tested the front seatbelts [just the passenger side  :roflsmiley:] he said fine they work you just need the 3 point belts in the rear, and he showed me where he wanted it , no probs. I spent a total of just under an hour at his house , [he came out in his slippers] he was a charicter.. he could only say Ply-moot .. ha ha couldn't say Plymouth.. He still wants $300. when he signs off .. :eek4:
