And because I'm fixed on using the airgrabber setup, its got to use the six pack intake so that could be a limiting factor at some point.

From what I understand the 6 pack intakes are only good to about 500 hp. Don't know if you will be able to push them over that.

I personally have been thinking about a dual quad set up.
Cuda is gone :(

I could go dual quads if I went with a Hemi Stroker which is my other (more expensive) option.  Again, biggest thing is that my Roadrunner has the Air Grabber hood and any engine combo has to fit with that.

It's all about airflow. As long as the intake and exhaust will support the required airflow, you can make all the power you want. A six pack will support as much horsepower as you want it to, up to its airflow limit. NASCAR stockers manage to make more than 500hp on only a single 4V carb with less than 950cfm.
