Aluminum radiator ?
« on: August 28, 2010 - 03:44:28 PM »
I need to replace the radiator in my Cuda and was checking out what's available on Ebay I came across these two and wondered if anyone here has any experience with either one?

I'm just started using the two row champion that I purchased a year ago.  I should have went with the 3 row version if I knew back then that they had one.  It's a nice rad for the money.  My stock shroud bolted right on.  Rad bolted right in with no mods.

Thanks for the feedback Stroker, that's what I needed. They look like pretty well built radiators, but I was concerned with the fit. They have a pretty good guarantee too.

Do you remember who you got it from Stroker? Found a guy on ebay - targetcooling - sound familiar?

Dodj, I went with the Champion two row radiator from Targetcooling and it was a bolt in deal with no hassles. I didn't get to do a lot of driving with it in there before it cooled down, but what driving I did do was great. I drove the car with temps in the 90's and the gauge stayed right where it was supposed to be. Also, Targetcooling shipped the radiator right out with no delays and it was well packed!

Don't remember but that name does not sound familiar.  There are a few Champion radiator sellers on ebay.  Look for good feedback and prices.  I think they are all pretty close to each other with the price.
