Hotrod the '73 & keep the '70 original.
:grinyes: I agree. Looks like a good survivor car to me, and in really good condition. Nice find.

I would keep all of the original 70 Barracuda parts and build it.  It seems that everything you plan to do to the car is reversible.  As long as you use all bolt on parts without any permanent alterations to the car, I would say go for it. The 70 with a Hemi is just a more awesome car.  The 73 with a small block would then be a car you could actually use a lot.

Seeing how clean the '70 is, I would like to change my first opinion some what......

Sell the Hemi & '73 & use the money for gas in the '70.

I have not found any this but light surface rust in a few small areas where the OG paint has come off. (fender, below back window)
I have to check the history but seller said it was bought new in california and has lived here its whole life. :dunno:
The Vin is #BH23G0E134297 I am going to have to register this and my 73 with alaskan ta! :2thumbs:

The previous owner threw in a new fully prepped and primed drivers door. apprently he thought it would cost less then getting the door dents worked :clueless: ??? He also threw in a new windshield, gas tank, & a used side marker to replace the busted one on the drivers side quarter. The interior is pretty much all new/restored but is missing the sill plates. I am hoping I can work the dented quarters with out to much $ so i can get it painted. I am leaning towards plum crazy purple? :cooldancing:

I hope I didn't get ripped off but I paid $9,000 for it. I know its not a real BS cuda but it is a running ac barracuda!

If you do an engine swap, maybe put the stroker in there and paint it up as the 318 looks like a sleeper.

But definitely I would keep the 70 pretty original.  :cooldancing:
