Ron,

On 70 Challengers there are 3 of those on each corner trim piece. Sorry I can't help with location.    :sadwavey:

Thanks Mike!

I thought they went there and they are there now.. :lol2:

Location wasn't as important as making sure they were place in the right trim piece was.

Corner pieces was correct.  Know where to buy just the metal clips?

I bought a clip set from year one a long time ago
And the set came sans the metal clips.  I hate to buy new set when I don't need all of the clips.

which moldings do you have, the narrow 4 piece center trim or the 3 piece end trim, 2 different retainers

I couldn't find anyone who would just sell the metal clips.  However, I went to Auto Zone and bought some plastic clips for interior panels for an import car that worked better than the plastic clips supplied.  All I had to do was grind down the heads a little so the would fit into the trim and they snuggly held the trim in place.  I will try and get some pictures this weekend, as i want to finish doing the rest of the trim with them.

Daniel, dont have the metal retainer separate. I can call to see if I can get them if that is all you need.
