Yes there are: http://www.summitracing.com/search/Make/PLYMOUTH/Model/CUDA/?keyword=drum+to+disc
I myself use SSBC and they work fine. And fit under 14" wheel.

What does O.E. non-power and power mean?

"Drum to disc brake conversion kit with 4-piston cast iron calipers; power. Bolts to stock drum brake spindle. For O.E. non-power cars only."

There are differnt spindels for cuda with factory disc brake and those with drums.

Some explaining in Norwegian:
Servobrems er power barkes. Har du tromelbremser ut bermskarft forstreker er det selvsakt noen power brakes. Er O.E. Originally Equited. Altså hva bilen kom med originalt.

Are there any books or service manuals for a 1970 Cuda? With wire-diagrams and such?

I'm kinda lost without one.

I got one off ebay.  a reprint of the original 1970 shopmanual.  Thick enough to beat a horse to death...
some pics are poor quality though. I think I payed like $ 60  or something.

Thanks ! Bought the 1970 Cuda body manual book, the 1970 Wiring diagram book and the whole thing on a CD.

185$... If it's not there, it shouldn't be worth knowing..

You can buy complete kits from several aftermarket vendors, but your best bet will be to do some research on junk yard hopping to get used pieces for probably 1/10th the price of the aftermarket stuff.

Thanks. Would a junkyard send to Norway though..?

Guess there is supposed to be a red line there since it's a Cuda. Did all Cuda (BS) come with the Rallye dash ?

The rallye dash is an option that you had to order on all 'cudas. The aftermarket disc brakes are better than the old factory disc brakes. As they are of modern design.

you need to rotate the drive shaft & count the turns to get one revolution out of both tires if they turn at equal speed
