After a year and a half and a lot of money, sweat, and sleepless nights, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. No it is not a train but at times I thought it was. I need to thank a ton of guys on the board. It would take me all day to name them all but they know who they are. When I started this car it was a shell that had been started as a pro street car project. I didn't want that so took out the tubbs and replaced trunk, wheel houses, rearframes, shock frame, rear seat pan, hood, both valences, and a ton of other parts. Dropped a mildly built 440 (with pointers from Chryco), B-body rear end with 323 posi. I still need to put the carpet in, the seats are getting done as I type, the exhaust go on this week (flowmasters and stainless tips). I took it for a drive today, just a few miles around the community (still has open headers but I couldn't resist). I told my wife I wanted to drive it by my birthday which is Thursday so I did. I just had safe-lite put my windshield and rear window in. Thanks, Danny Oh yeah the first picture of the engine is old. I still have to do a ton of fine tuning adjusting hood, trunk, etc, and finish installing the interior and seatbelts but I did drive it today.
