Sublime, how much did u pay for the door handle?  You could probably clean that up with some paint thinner and steel wool.

I know what i said and this is not the Door Handle i was sending. one of my sales reps put this in the box and also just told me about the VM after i confronted him today. Once i checked the Voicemail i jumped on here.

So this is what im going to do. First off i appoligze for this and truly do not want to get kicked off this site. I want to fix the issue and make it right but i dont want to make you pay anything more for the pickup. So, this is what im offering.

1. i will send you a TRUE driver handle the one i was going to send.
2. I will refund the $50 that you paid for the door handle, which should cover the pickup fees
3. I will pay for the shipping also.

The only issue is i can not over night it to canada i believe. If there is an option for that i can do that too.

The only thing i cant do it reproduce the time that you have lost and in that im truly sorry. Here is a picture of the handle that was suppose to be sent to you.

I think i have done more then enough to make this right and helmet i once again appoligze for the issue. Im more then willing to handle it in the right way.
