I could not find anything for the wheel numbers you posted, so the sheet may have a printing error? They are pretty common.

If you have a scan of the sheet you can email to me, I can look at it & go over the whole thing on the phone with you if you like?

First I think we need to establish if there is indeed a printing error.

If the data got printed in the wrong boxes then it changes everything.

If it is a '70 then the data may have been printed on a 1969 sheet as well, those can be very confusing & it happened fairly often.

[wheel      wh cov

You do have a '69 sheet, no wheel box on a '70 sheet, they say "wheels" - plural.

That will make this tough.

If he has not done so yet, have him check for more sheets. He may find another one or 4 printed on the correct form.

Top left, you will see a revision date. 4/69 maybe?

It does not have a luggage rack. (At least not where you looked.) Line 9, 17th box from the left is for luggage rack on a '69 sheet. Same place on a '70 sheet is M21 - Drip rail mouldings.

Assuming the VIN on it matches the car it was found in, the data is correct for the car.

It is just on the wrong form.

The trim box is in the same spot on both versions, so the folks building the seats could get by just fine using the old forms, it was a great place to use up the leftovers.

ok so

on the luggage rack box i have a number. so if i have a number in this box it is the car is born with it?

and for the shaker hood ? if the car is born with shaker hood, i will see it on the fender tag? what is the code for the shaker? or i will see it on the broadcast sheet?

This would be a lot easier if I could see exactly what you see......

N96 is the code for the Shaker, it will be on the tag & sheet, but it will not be in the right spot on this sheet.
