that sounds like a real nice set-up.  my 440 is .040 over, and it does seem to run warm, but within the rectangle on the guage.  it is a 1978 casting, with a cast crank.  i used a cam that is pretty close to a stock 1970 440 magnum grind.  i am runing A/C, so i didn't really need it to be too lumpy.

I am looking forward to seeing the pics!

I hope she turns out as nice as yours did when Finished. Yours looks really good!

I here yah!!, and I still have a lot of work to do to bring her to the level I imagine. I will have her on the road drivin before she is finished. I am experiencing mopar withdrawals. My wifes Dodge 1500 helps a bit but does not begin to cure the need for horspower. :burnout:

You're making great progress!  :2thumbs:
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

Every bit of work is one step closer to getting her on the road!  Here is a link to Disc Brakes Technical Service Guide from 1967.  it helped me a lot to understand what is going on with all the valves:

http://www.imperialclub.com/Repair/Lit/Master/233/cover.htm

I had to replace my Metering Valve (Inline Tube), and am still trying to get the air out of the lines.  It's a pain in the butt, espceically when i want to drive it on the road to get all the rattles worked out!

Keep up the good work!

Well did not get to do all I wanted wife was having a garage sale so all thier stuff was in the way, ( cannot win them all ) so My father in law and i riveted the vin back on the dash and pulled apart the heater and blower motor got it going again without the nasty screeching sound it used to make. rerounded the dinged heater hose pipes.

Repainted and will reassemble. Managed to save all of the gaskets.
