remote mirror install

How do you run the remote cable on the drivers side mirror through the door on a 70 chally?  Thanks, danny

There should be a clip on the re inforcement side inside and a clip near the upper door hinge inside that holds the cable away from touching the glass.

Don't know if 1970 used two plastic clips but my 73 does.  It has a small metal clip on the reinforcement and two black plastic push in clips around the cable.  One of them goes into a hole in a bracket at the front of the door.  Don't know where the other one goes yet. 

Do you have your glass already installed?  I was currious if it mattered what gets installed first.

My 70 Challenger has a metal bracket in the door that the cable runs through.
