Notifcations

I'm not getting any notifations sent to me when someone replies to a topic or when someone PM's me. Anyone have any idea's what to check??

Try going to your profile and then click on the "Modify Profile" and then "notifications" and make sure it's set to notify you when you want to be notified, i.e., instantly, weekly, etc.   I know mine got changed somehow and I'd only get notifications on the first reply and then nothing after that??  Just a thought

mine is set to instantly but even with these two posts I recieved no notifiaction of any post?

For topics and boards I've requested notification on, notify me:  Instantly
For topics and boards I've requested notification on, notify me of:  Replies and moderation Moderation

Any ideas?

Barry, I tried that but the postmaster said there was no such place as the North Pole.

Kmyles, All of oyu settings appear correct for notifications.  However, there is this at the bottom of your notifications page that says:

"You aren't receiving notifications on any boards right now.

To request notifications from a specific board, click the "notify" button in the index of that board."

Have you clicked on the "Additional Options" at the bottom when you post and ticked the "Notify me of replies". This can be very frustrating when you need an answer to a question.
