    Well today Hot Rod posted the route for the 2011 Power Tour.  Here's the list and the hotels I'm at.

    Hope to be there in the Convertible, with the top down and the AIR ON! Trying to make the whole tour this time either with friends and their cars or by myself!

    I'm not sure what I'm driving yet, but the wife and I will be in Nashville, Indy, Muskegon, and Detroit. I've participated for many years, but it's her first one. Staying at same hotel you are on Lake Michigan!

    Rob with MCG and I are meeting up this Friday to hash out some details.

    Right now Between Montgomery and Nashville we're going to go to the Tim Wellborn Museum.

    Then there are plans for a party in Muskegon.  But that's just an idea.

    I might be driving to Carlisle, Columbus, and Woodward next year so for the Power Tour, I only plan on the cooler states.  Here are my rooms.  I might start off in Nashville because I always drive through those mountains at night. A day drive will let me finally see what I'm missing.

    Looks like I'm talking a bunch of Mopar and non-Mopar guys into going with me to Indy, Wed at noon for the last half of the Tour.  Then up to Michigan Thursday and Friday. If you want to join my group for the finish of the tour PM me or post here.  We are doing the Wed-Thurs-Friday-driving home on Saturday part of the Tour.  Leaving from St. Louis around 6AM Wed.

    Ryan, we might try to meet up with you for the morning's breakfast or lunch but it was too much trouble trying to stay together last year.

    This year will be much more organized.  I alone will lead the Tour and I will always be at the front.  Rob and Dave will be in a different vehicle doing all the racing around and photos.

    We'll see how it goes. We might have several Mopars. These guys always say that they want to go but when it comes down to it, they can't make it for some reason or another. I'm going unless I'm dead.

    I defanitly would like to do the stop at welborns this year there was just so much to do last year I didnt want take the time out to stop.

    Yeah, we stopped there last year.  It was a blast.

    Also trying to hit up the Garlitts Museum in FL on day one, then Wellborn like day 3, in Indiana we're trying to get into "The Finer Details", then the Long Haul gang has a huge party at the Chrysler Museum.  That's the plan so far.

    Guys looks like MOPAR Muscle is rolling with the power tour this year  :2thumbs:
    They just posted this on their Facebook page...

     We want you to join up with us, and cruise the Power Tour in your Mopar. We are going to have special gatherings, and even an evening cook out for those that join us. We also have other great prizes for those that respond and join us. All you need to do, is to send us an e mail at mopar.muscle@sorc.com, and let us know you'll be attending. We'll have our own "Mopar Only" parking area.


    We MOPAR people may finally have some of our own action...
