I just got back from the shop. Rod has the tranny pan on. He cut of the exhaust.Fired it up with open headers.  :clapping:  He'll have the headers off today . So he can replace the oil pan gasket.

Dave, The headers are warped and rusty. I'm going with Doug headers and Dynomax exhaust straight back. I'm tired of the H pipe, plus it rusted thru.  It's a pain in the butt too.  I just found out the heads are leaking.  :banghead: So I'm doing the heads and valve seals now.  :faint:

Looks like you will be busy in the kitchen making lots of Chilli,
How far are you going with the heads, and so it continues on and on but will be worth it.   :burnout:

Gary, As soon as the door hinges are rebuilt and the body is lined back up.  :2thumbs:  It might be a couple months. It depends on how long it's over at Rod's.

Jackie,

You rear looks a little small.....  You should beef it up a little... get an 8 3/4 for it and put some junk under your trunk!

If you can figure out a way.  I got a rear I can give you.  Lots of pun floating around here, but rears are heavy :scared:  You just need drums and backing plates. The 8.75 is excellent with axles, bearings and housing.
