He originally asked without pictures, but from his description, we advised $32k was over priced.  He later noted he got caught up in the sellers garble about it being a 71 Cuda, etc.  I'm thinking for the $12k, this would make a nice build, especially for someone who already has the drivetrain.

If that was a picture that the guy sent you, then it wasn't a picture of the same car.  Picture number eight does not have the Dealer Tag on it.

That car was For Sale two years atleast it started at 50k . I think came out of san jose. I might have a buyer . I'll ask around.

12k is a good deal but theres alot of guys with no cash and a dream so they are hoping and waiting til its free!!! lol!!!

Really dude??? There is no need to knock the mans car. It is a very solid project and priced right at 12k. I could get mid evil and hurt your feelings but I will leave it at that. Besides I like A bodies.

It appears the car has found a new home.

Mike is truly a stand up guy and I know he will be OK after all this.  It will take a lot more to bring down a guy with that much good character.  I wish I knew more people like Mike.... a man willing to stand behind his word.  Rare in this day and age.

I really feel sorry for the original seller in California... that guy might have gotten someone to pay to much for a project one time, but he'll forever be a douche bag.  Sucks to be him.

Hi Guys. Thanks for all the support. I just made an agreement to with someone from this forum to sell it off. For those that pointed out how much I overpaid originally, believe me, I still feel worse about it than you can probably imagine. As a result I dont think I'll be buying another restoration project any time soon.
