73 cuda bumper whats going on?willit look rite?

my 73 cuda seems to have humps on both sides of the bumper right in front of the headlights,however the one i saw at a car show (a 73)  .part two my bumpers are really pitted,not rusty,do you think they will look alright if i paint them the same as the body  dontknow   dontknow dontknow dontknow dontknow dontknow

BKB1  I assume the one you saw at the car show didn't have the humps as I don't believe that mine does either.  If the bumper is really pitted and you are planning on painting them like that . . . . I would assume that the pits will show through unles you fill them with something to smooth it out before primer.  I guess my advise would be to break down and buy a replacement!   grinyes  grinyes  grinyes

Nothing makes a nice looking car better looking than a shiny new set of chrome bumpers.  They will set you back, but you'll be happy with they way they look.

Not cheap but neither is this hobby, plus you could try and make up a little by selling the old ones on E-bay.
