How bad is the rest of the Quarter Panel? Replacing the whole thing is a heck of a lot of work to take care of that hole.  :clueless:

:iagree:  When you ask if the replacement quarters go all the way to the seam, do you mean the dutchman panel seam?  If so, yes, full quarters will go to the seam.  :2thumbs:

"usraptr" = United States raptor - bird of prey = United States Bald Eagle.  FYI, somebody else thought of it first so I had to drop the "O" in raptor.

If that hole has been like that for a long time; there's a good chance the trunk floor pan extensions will be rusty at the lower wheelwell behind the tire.

Swiss cheese comes to mind, big hole behind the wheel well and a couple of holes in front of the wheel well and one of above.

The trunk weather strip is adhered to two metal pieces that weld to the quarter panels.  You will need to buy the trunk gutter pieces and weld them to the quarters and tail panel.  This will fix your problem.

You can find them in my catalog here.  Look on page 19 and you should find them.

Hope this helps!!!  Good luck!!

No doubt!
It's a challenge if you never did it before.
