had to get my dad to hospital today
« on: November 19, 2010 - 09:35:14 PM »
Not looking good right now.  Brain cancer.  He just had part of his lung removed 2 months ago. also testicle cancer, colon and prostrate cancer.   I will be with him alot these next few weeks.  The tumor in his brain affected his memory.  He is bad off.    Im screaming inside.  So I will be on edge for a bit and with him a bunch.  I have always been a daddy's boy , and am always taking care of him.

Please give him a very gentle hug from all of us Alan?

Hopefully Peggy can give you one from all of us as well.

Let the doctors know that you want to keep him as comfortable as possible.  Your being there with him is all you can do now. Take time for yourself too, so you don't get over stressed.  May God's strength carry you through this.

I am really sorry to hear about this. Your Dad, Peggy and you will be in my prayers. I will let Eric and Anna know to so they can pray, too.
