Thanks again everyone. The wife and I are here with him now. They say no cure of course.  He can't seem to keep a conversation on any subject very long. He is getting frustrated that he cant remember after getting 1 sentence out.  Were just trying to do whatever we can to keep him comfortable. Atleast he still knows I'm his son and he calls Peggy his angel of trust.   

I'm not sure how long he will be in here , or what to expect from here on. Just a little confused right now myself. All I know is I am at his side and will be

Being there makes a difference. Went through a very similar situation 6 years ago. Sometimes the outward recognition and response wasn't there, but I felt, deep inside, my Dad appreciated me being there as I'm sure your Dad appreciates your company. Stay strong.

Sorry to hear this, I know you said he wasnt doing too good when I came and seen you, I guess I didnt realize how bad off he was when we were talking.  Please know he is in my prayers as well as you and your family.  If we can do anything for you please dont hesitate to ask.  We are all here for you bro.

I know what you are going thru as my dad is dealing with the same thing.He is back at home for now but like your dad there is nothing to do but keep him comfortable and spend time with him.
