Clear plastic sheet on inside of door sheet metal
« on: November 20, 2010 - 09:33:32 PM »
A question about the glue that bonds the clear plastic sheeting to the metal door frame.  The plastic sheeting is then covered by the inside plastic door skin.  The OEM glue, usually white in color that holds the plastic sheet in place stayed tacky forever, you could remove the plastic and reapply and it would stick.
Does anyone sell this "glue/putty", or what is everyone using to bond the plastic sheeting to the door sheet metal?
