You know, I can't really put these in order because I love to do them all pretty much the same. Music is extremely important to me, although I don't play anything anymore. Every time I consider getting myself a drum set again I remind myself that I already have too many hobbies as it is and can spend that money on my Chally....

Five favorites, in no particular order: working on old cars; fossil hunting; hiking; watching cool movies; listening to excellent music. Combining any of these, or adding "significant other" or "good friends" to any of these, makes the activity the absolute best thing in the world to do.

Family is always first, but beyond that:

Helping - whether it's giving an elderly neighbor a ride somewhere, fixing something that's broken for someone or teaching someone how to do something that can help them out is very fulfilling

Toys - action figures and die cast cars fill my home

Historical Research - everything from family genealogy to fossil collecting - I'm the local historical society's curator

Junk picking - flea markets, garage sales and dumpster diving - I like finding unique and/or valuable things

Collecting in general - I like to put similar things together in an OCD kind of way/borderline hoarder
