Dodge Sucks
« on: November 17, 2004 - 07:24:00 AM »
Ok I found a concept of the new camaro and it rocks even more so than the new mustang. And the Charger still sucks. I want to cry. I am at least happy GM is comming out with a nice camaro so I dont have to buy a damn Ford.

WOW - that is cool

Remember though, Dodge has always been a little late to the dance. E bodies developed for 1970 when Ferd was allready years into pony cars.

That pic doesn't do the Mustang any service.  I've only seen one on the road and, and in my opinion looks much nicer than the camaro.  It looks too much like the Italian sports cars.  Very few throwbacks.

That camaro isnt aero enough for the corporate bean counters.  fuel milage, fuel milage, fuel milage.  doubt it gets produced in that form.  kinda like how the charger concept was semi cool (still twice as many doors as it needed though) and the production version is horrible.  Also I remember reading something about the labor unions getting a deal with GM that if the camaro were to be produced again it would have to be done at the same canadian plant, and I think they shut that one down.  will be interesting to see if its produced.  the more competition, the more incentive for dodge to build something good.

That is a beast and the first I've ever heard of it.  :coffee:

If the past is anything to go buy we might see the return of the Cuda/Challenger 2 or 3 years after the Camaro.  thumbs

That Camaro looks like a photoshopped vette- look at the back of it.

Just my opinion, though.

Did you really?  Let's see a pic MEK.

yes yes lots of pics..... But here is what I am going to do. Instead of buying a 25k car I am going to get another cuda and upgrade all the suspension and drive train and make it one hell of a daily driver. I can do that for the same 25k.
