Our group got to ride the track with the vintage race cars today.   I now have a deeper respect for the Nascar guys............The track looks wide from the stands but you get up a little speed........enough to stay on the banking..............she narrows up a lot.........They started about 50+ cars today.......3 wide........and there were some wrecks.   I survived though....just got to ride the track before race time.

Looks like fun, how about some details on the wrecks.  What happened?

I'd be watching the oil pressure gauge like a hawk! I had visions of the pick up not being covered with the banking! :eek7: I wonder how many of those people thought of that?
