Yes, the LCA housings are the same from 63? to 76. 66-76 for sure. The sway bar location is from 66-72 for the one near the ball joint. The 73-76 sway bar location is like the E-bodies.

BTW for reference, the A-body LCA pins are not all identical. Some later pins have a oblong boss on them that will not allow for poly bushings to be installed. Only an A-body thing. E's and B's are all alike.
Thanks for the info! So I should look for 73-76 then so the sway bar on my Challenger works? Saves me welding on brackets?
Now what you said about the A-body pin, if I'm using a e-body pin in the A-body LCA then that is not a factor then? It's the pin that won't accept the poly bushing? If I'm understanding you right? :clueless:
I wonder why the engineers back in the day made a shorter arm just for the E&B body's? Seems it would have been more cost effective to just use the same arms? :dunno:

Will theses work? :dunno:  I hope so as I'm just in the process of buying these. I'll make my own sway bar brackets( that's not rocket science  :grinno:).

Can you guys give me some evidence on the length difference of the lower control arms.
I just went through my collection of lower control arms and I can find a difference from one to the other except sway bar tabs.

The Mopar Action article on T-bars says 1/2" longer for A-body LCA's.

These are 73-76 A-body LCA with sway bar tabs.

All of mine are the same length, the same length you show in your pic. The only dif I see on them is one pair have a extra rib close to the adjuster saddle  and another have no swaybar tab.
mmmm as he rubs his chin.

Thinking about it ,74-79 B body arms may fit also. Not sure of the exact dimensions, but they do have the shaft and socket arrangement like the earlier design, but they have an entirely different layout in their configuration.

Your right again! Firm feel has a kit to do just that.

I just pulled the LCA's off my Challenger and measured them and yep the A-Body LCA's ARE 3/16" longer than a E-Body! Just like Autoxcuda said! ( Not to doubt you, I just gotta have them in my hands to be sure . )  :clapping:  :2thumbs:

The A body pin is a different size going into the K member, bushes are the same for the control arms.
