Mine is a 93 iroc R/T which is so rare that it makes a grand national seem common
I like the daytona's and feel they don't get the respect they deserve,but most are kinda beat.I would suggest you do some reading up on these cars if your looking at one and there is some great info on the site called allpar about them.The Iroc R/Ts were only made for 2 years 248 made in 92 and 181 made in 93.

The GNX only had one turbo like was said above and had a different rear suspension.  It used a ladder bar that went from the rear end to the center of the car.  When launching, the rear end would accually rises up.

IF I were to own something other than a Mopar, it would be a GN.  I'm pretty sure they put the turbo V6 in some Monte Carlo's too.  There was one in a junk yard close to where I grew up.

My cousins husband has a GN that he bought new.  I don't know all of the mods he's done but he did say that it has the biggest turbo he could find that still looks stock.  He said his dyno'd at 450hp.  I'm trying to remember what he said he ran in the 1/4.  I want to say low 11's or high 10's.  Pretty impresive for a car that looks more like a G-machine than a drag car.  His is lowered with 17" wheels and big swaybars.  It's one of the nicer ones I've seen.  I don't think it's been driven for quite awhile since he had kids.  I did get a ride in it once but he just had low octain pump gas in it so he didn't get on it all that much.

Something tells me I'm not going to have the $$ for a 500 mile Grand National!  Appreciate the heads up on the Daytona and I'll check that website out.  Oh, and with those kind of production numbers I'd never sell your IROC.  If you do and end up with sellers remorse, there wouldn't be another one to get!

I agree 100% its a documented 1 of 17 white R/Ts,but I drive it every chance I get and would be the hardest of all my cars to get from me because its my favorite(sorry guys)I never owned a car that when you sit in it,it feels like it was built just for me and this car has that.

I sold mine right before I bought the challenger. Best of 9.01 @ 150 in the quarter. Pump gas and drag radials was an easy 10.5 quarter. Full weight at 3850 with me in it and cruise control, A/C, etc. It is a monster but I would drive it to work a few times a month on top of the normal cruising and racing. Not so much fine to drive in rush hour traffic. Kind of like carrying around a full auto M16 with no ammo. I can take a bone stock one and for about $400 get you mid to low 12's on race gas. The Buick work supports my Mopar habit now.

Yeah, the dent should be able to be fixed pretty easily (to the right guy).  I will be pulling the car out in the next couple of days and putting it on the lift to take some underside pix and to put a link up to the car running.  Don't know why i didn't think of that at the time, just got excited about the car i guess.
