Thanks to Tom for bringing this to my attention.  I can't even BELIEVE that mr. Marathon-runner MEK would suffer from something like this - just goes to show that we truly have no control over our deck of cards...

MEK has been there for me when I never expected help.  Heck the guy helped me move into my house in Maryland!  And even after I scared him sh!tless in the Viper...

MEK, if you get around to reading this, buddy - you're a helluva guy and the world needs you to stick around!!  Get better real soon, man.  I'm rooting for ya.

I keep checking in here in hopes to see a post from Mike!  :pullinghair:   Get well soon Mike!

Just a side: My boss barely avoided a stroke or heart attack last year.   He is extremely fit and in his 50's, but sometimes being fit it isn't enough.   He found that he had an artery that was 70% blocked and another at 40% blocked.   Only indications he had were that he was experiencing unusual fatigue levels, So he ended up going in for a stress test and that is when they started to pin point the problem.  Within two days of the discovery, he was in for surgery.   Point is, don't let your pride, "manliness", or laziness keep you from going to get a check up!  Try not to take your health for granted either.  Anything can happen to anybody and it is well worth it to do your simple checkups to maybe avoid or lessen your chances of something bad happening.

Sorry, but I had to get this out there because I hate hearing or seeing bad things happen to good people!
