I'm guessing a short in your wiring harness.  You will have to get a diagram and trace all the wires until you find the short.

It could be that one of the turn signal/parking lamp bulbs, front or rear, has a filament that has broken & welded itself to the other filament creating feedback of power when you turn your parking lamps on. Happened to me once.
As for the dome light you know the panel dimmer switch can turn on the dome light, otherwise I'd check the door jamb switches & their connectors.

you have a poor ground at the turn signal so the power is grounding back through the park light causing the dash light to stay on , make sure the socket & housing are grounded & that will solve the TS problem
the dome light is different , the yellow wire is grounding somewhere possibly through the dimmer switch creating a ground for the dome light

I would start at the socket & housing.

I have had to use a pin punch to recreate a grond between the socket & housing at times
start disconnecting the yellow wires at the light switch & door switches until the dome light turns off
