I have some digital gauges, and I installed a dimmer switch to control the brightness independently of my headlight switch. However the dimmer switch does not regulate the brightness at all. I hooked it up IAW the instructions; one lead to power, the other lead to the dimmer wire of the gauge. Any ideas why they wont dim, or another way to connect them together?
