You guys would ber amazed at how many aftermarket performance parts are advertized
for sale before the parts are ready to ship. The manufacturer uses this scheme to estimate
how much demand there is for a product so they know how much raw material they should
obtain for production. Could be 6 months to a year after they advertise until the product is ready to ship.
If I cant fix it, it's broke

So I take it there's still no word on the RS trans? Seems like all the info/news coming from Keisler about this trans has completely died in the arse. Haven't head so much as a peep in 6-7 months.

Am dying to get a OD 5 speed manual into my Chally. The wait is frakkin' killing me.

Just shot them an email. Will post their reply.

Have you looked into the Passon unit?  <ore pricey but it bolts right in.  Of course, I'm not sure those are available yet, either.

Passon seems to be in the same situation. No set date for theirs either. Plus it's mighty expensive.

I'm going from Auto-to-manual, so I'll still need all the extra goodies for the conversion, plus I have to cut into the trans tunnel regardless.

It's all vaporware at the moment.  Just gotta sit tight for awhile.  Only Passon is making updates and will most likely will have something soon.

Yeah I agree. The only reason I'm considering the Passon or Keisler RS is because I don;t have enough money saved yet. If I'd had the cash in the past 12 months I'd have said bugger it and simply gone the Tremec TKO600.

Couldn't care less about supposed shifting problems at the moment. I just want a 5-speed manual.

Food for thought. Someone's already doing that on here aren't they? Sure I saw project thread about it.

Time for some searching.

I got Passons 4 speed in. No issues. Thinking of selling the 4 speed for his 5 speed. 3000miles on it and it is fabulous. Bet no one can say they start a 5 speed conversion in the morning and ran the car in the afternoon like you would be able to with Jaimie's offering. And the $4000 price tag is it. No $$$$$$$$ add ons till the cows come home. Even the TKO kit is over $3000 with all the bits and pieces such as bellhousings etc.
You get what you pay for. Even some of the posters here have spent considerable $$$ with the Tremec and are now looking for upgrades or something else.
