I can't say I did one thing.  8) Do I care? Nope, just want to drive it and I guess it's piece of mind knowing if was done professionally, but then again I'm no pro with the tool so it's just as well I didn't do it, if I could, sure I'd do it.  :grinyes:

I've never done it either NZ....you can do it.  You'll see when you do that charger.

Thats the plan REV, do you have any other MoPars you can drive while restoring your Challenger?

I don't and I want this R/T on the road ASAP without rushing the resto so I can do what I paid for, drive and enjoy it.  :driving:

Your right though when I do buy my Charger, date unknown I will give that the best go I can then you'll see all the questions coming out, interior would be the easiest for me, body work would be the worst and panit? Hmmmmm  :gripe:

Don't get me wrong NZ

Your car is a numbers 440 '70 Challenger and deserves to be done right

Mine is just a $250.00 chassis that started out a 318 3 speed  and later in life had a 426 HEMI 4 speed
that was street raced hard and put away wet :spank:

By the time I got it was screwed, chewed and tatooed

I had lots of practice on those Pontiacs I used to play with and can't afford a numbers car anyway
Thats why I always say it's just a hobby for me, just something to play with

Never got you wrong mate.  ;)

I'd love a none numbers car, get to do want you want (supercharged, etc) and you don't have to wrry "as much".

If I did a clone I'd probably do it so it could pass like a 70-71 440 instead of a 74 Challenger with a 383 etc.

I was just curious as to what you lads called custom MoPars.  ;D

Cheers bud

You too buddy

If I were gonna clone a 'CUDAs look, I would have to go with the AAR. Silver poly with a 360 6BBL
of course

weld up a '70 tail panel to my hit lightly in the rear '73 car and go rice burning

Course if you build a car like that you might expect to get some flames :fire: :fire: :stomp: from the
"experts"

Maybe the best thing to do is build the car but leave the emblems off. Just have the AAR stripe, hood
and spoiler  for the look

In some cases it is a little bit more than a little  :fire:  or  :gripe: :gripe:  or   :stomp:  :stomp:                  It's.....

Just kidding, most of the "numbers experts" or 'correct' this and 'correct' that Mopar lovers I know are very much into the whole hobby, not just the show winners but also the HBV's and MFO's too!  :grinyes:
