Rear Interior Side Panel Structure Convertible
« on: December 29, 2010 - 12:00:35 PM »
Would anyone have a photo or two of this area of an E-body convertible?  It is the lower rear interior side metal panels that join at the rocker/floor/wheelwell.  I have some missing metal due to rust and would like to get it replaced back to original.

Will take some pics tomorrow for you, mine is sandblasted so you should be able to see clearly.

Thanks, BC; that helps out.

By the way, how did the sandblasting go overall?  Have you been able to remove all the sand from the rockers, frame rails, crossmember, etc??

Well, at least most of it. Used highpressure air and a vacuumcleaner, will do the final
cleaning once it's in the retosserie.

Thanks for the replies.  I noticed the Challenger floor seems to have two seat mounting brackets right next to each other; what is that for?

If you mean for the backseat evidently convertibles had that because of the smaller seat. At least that was a comment in my restothread from CP.
