Being that the frame is on the dirt ( for who knows how many years?)  I don't think that car would be fixable.  :dontknow:  or worth the money to fix.  Lots of great parts though.

The car is obviously too far gone to bring back (its only a 318 car) but it still has lots of good parts on it.

Heater Box: $700 to $1200 (last one on E-Bay sold for over $2000 but was in mint shape

Rubber Bumper: $500 to $800

Glass: Couple of bucks depending on if its scratched or not

Plastic Dash Bezel Pieces: $20 to $45 again depending on condition

8 3/4 Housing: $100 to $200

any other little knick knack pieces. there are plenty of items specific only to 70's that are on that car absolutely worth trying to bring home and part out. Even if ya drag it out of there and to a local junk yard and take off what you want and can sell or keep and crush the rest. Id like to know if it still has the original gas cap on it and it also looks like a 2 tag car?? any other info on it??
Dont forget to register your AAR at the AAR Registry only at www.transamcuda.com 1981 AAR's on file. Also info on 70 thru 74 E-Bodies. Ask me about yours!!

thanks guys, i'd better pursue this one then.

This one is green, the hood has been off of it for over 10 years now.  The engine and trans are still in it, it has been sitting on the ground or close to it.  Its in the rust belt of Wisconsin.  I think the drivers door was taken off and leaned up next to the car.  but anyways, I'll try to take some pics this weekend for sure.

Hey, I too am in Wisconsin....Where abouts is it, if you don't mind disclosing the location?  I found a few nice cars this past trip through Madison from my home in the Northeast.  I am already planning on stopping by two different barns off 151 to talk with the owners about their gems they have sitting out....One is a smaller farm with three MoPars sitting together (only noticed the yellow A-body at first, but now I can confirm there's two B-bodies sitting by that same car) and there's a Challenger in some used car dealership only about six more miles up the road.  I can't wait!!!!! :grinno:    I'll be equipped with my photos of my '73 Challenger and have my camera phone with to snap a few shots of them.  Maybe I could score a good deal on that A-body....It'd be cool to build a wild car out of it. :guitar:

I just saw the photos and all I can say is, that's typical of what happens to these poor cars in Wisconsin.  You should have seen the spot where I pulled my former '69 Charger rust bucket from....I actually cut down about four or five trees just to get it squeezed out of the woods.  Hopefully you can get this, save the good parts, and use them towards another car??  Or if you're really ambitious, try restoring it.  We won't hold it against you if you decide it is TOO much work to save it, though it would be awesome if you did restore it. :dontknow: :wasted:  Maybe I could get some more information about the Challenger I saw today and you could get that car to fix up.  I want to score another nice deal on one of these cars, but a college student can't really talk too much when it comes to having any extra money for yet another restoration project.

It would be a lot of work and money. But  would be awsome if you got the car driving agian. I've seen a 70 cuda shell. well not even that, all that was there was from the fire wall to the qurts. no doors or roof. Not even a good parts car.And the cuda was fully restored to a 440-6bbl car.So I guess there never to far gone.  :driving:

I was looking through the pics again, did anyone notice the racoon foot print on the dash? That car has been there for some time, tires 50% in the ground etc. I love the pics though, looks like one to send into the web site that posts pictures of cars in barns etc.. sure is a sad though, a rotten shame is what it is.
