Looks like the northeast has been hit by global warming:roflsmiley: Now they are saying global warming is causing an increase in asteroids!  :screwy: I wonder what planet these people come from!!  :smilielol:

                                                                             Matt B.

I saw that report on CNN.  They certainly are spot on with the facts.  Must mean all the rest of their facts are correct too.

In fairness, she did ask if "Global Warming could have caused the asteroid?" So I suppose she was looking for some edification...  I wanted to see what Bill Nye the Science Guy had to say about it.  But they cut it off before his comments were rendered...

Bill Nye the Science guy as a consultant?  :clueless:

Who next?  Bob the Builder on Do It Yourself home projects?  :roflsmiley:

OK, I think I'm getting wee bit off topic....  :roflsmiley:

Interestingly enough...In my part of Ontario Canada, we just got our first sign of snow in the last week or so. We have about a total of 5" on the ground. Today was 35* F so it wasn't helping it stick around. GOOD 'cause I hate it !
I've taught you everything you know.....but I haven't taught you everything I know !

I live in Calgary alberta and we have more snow on the ground right now than I have ever seen in my lifetime. Brutal here right now. My back yard has 2 feet right across it. My new ram diesel 4 by 4 has been put to use every day lately. Winter has not even started yet..... :crying:

We got another 2" or so last night. In the 70's I remember 6-7' snow banks were common, not so much anymore. Not the most fun I've had working on snowblowers when it's -25C , wrenches stick to your hands! :roflsmiley: My kids are complaining that there hasn't been any snow days off school this season.
So it's not that bad this year so far.

No snow here, but I'm freezing. It's all the way down to 74 degrees with clouds, rain and wind. In January we're going up north to Florida for a week and I think I'll be packing the winter clothes
