Denver is in the middle of a blizzard warning and schools cancelled today.
not sure what it looked like down your way, but Westminster north through Longmont only got a 2-3", streets were clear and it all disappeared/melted by early afternoon. CO has such weird weather patterns: snow, melt the next day, stay clear for a few days->week, snow again, usually melts in a day or two .... rinse/cycle/repeat. I grew up in E WA where the snow drops in Nov/Dec and you don't see the ground again until March/April. none of this wishy-washy kinda-sorta winters I've seen the last 8 years or so. now this year is supposed to be different though and we should see some real snow sticking this winter with a few big dumps.
