We are bracing for another storm, it seems it has been snowing for days now. We easily have 10- 12 inches or so. For years now we have been pushing green christmas's I cannot remember the last time we had this much snow on the ground before christmas.

Either way I love it.

For years in Calgary we had brown Christmases in the early 2000s , I heard somehwere the global warming peaked a few years ago & now it is called climate change not global warming & Calgary has not had a brown Christmas for a while . When I was a kid back in the 60s I remember watching the snow plows come down the streets piling snow into dump trucks boarded along the sides for extra capacity , have not seen that for decades now .  There is good reason why I left !
Obviously no sign of snow here ,*80 at night &90* during the day as always year round !

No snow here, but I'm freezing. It's all the way down to 74 degrees with clouds, rain and wind. In January we're going up north to Florida for a week and I think I'll be packing the winter clothes

Bundle up!  It's down to 77* here today. :faint:

I'm right in the middle of the states in STL. The warm air from the southern states pushes that cold Jetstream right back up towards Chicago and the north eastern states. We are in a great spot where snow usually misses up.
Rain all day today to wash away the salt used 2 weeks ago. My cars still come out if the weather hits 60 and 70. The 70 440-4sp is so fun and comfy to drive.

Now that I said this, we'll probably get hit with 24 inches!

The states will chase you for taxes anywhere int he world , Canada won't though , the advantage is you can live on so little here even paying taxes you would be far below the poverty line in the US

It's a 70 Coronet I have in line to get fixed up.  Hopefully it'll end up being my daily 3 season car.  Can't run something like that in New England over the winter and expect it to last!

Brad, I'm getting the nice warm work bay ready for her soon.   She only has to suffer a little longer   :sadwavey:
