One great thing he did with Bullitt's car chase scene was to use no music.  It is just the sound of the cars.  I think only one other movie has a chase scene without music.

He certainly got everybodies attention with that chase scene, went back along side the drive in many times back then just to see the chase scene again,.... without music.

I've only seen the chase scene, never watched the whole movie.

A friend told me she watched it and said the movie had a good story line.  I told her I had no idea.  :smilielol:
