When I search on Google, I can find a Chevy 454 idling with the XE274 and a SBC idling with the Lunati 60X03 cam. Does anyone have a link to these cams running in a 440? Sample size of 1 is highly unscientific and have big block vs small block and who knows how well tuned they are. I will say the 454 with the XE274 appears to have a better idle quality and I always prefer sound of BB over SB. The SBC with the Voodoo sounds like it would load up and foul the plugs if it sat in traffic idling. Of course, that could just be poor tuning on the SBC - think they are deliberately trying to make the the cam sound as "big" as they can and the idle as lumpy as they can make it. Ideally, someone is aware of video with these cams set up right in a 440?
