1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

In '84, I paid $900 for that car, had a $1000 paint job done and drove it from Seattle to San Diego without a problem! Boy the times have changed!

I remember I paid 2 grand for the car insurance was 3 grand. :eek4: The crook I bought it from used roofing tar and cardboard to hide the rotten frame  and spray foam to fill the holes in the firewall! >:(
Car only lasted 11 months....but that sure was a fun 11 months! :grinyes:

Sounds like the one I have now!  :lol:

I got to keep this one for around 10 years. ended up selling it and buying my first wife a horse!  :scared:  :horse:

That horse is likely been made into glue by now and my Challenger made into 3 different imports by now. :roflsmiley:

Strange, the buyer was local and I never saw the car again!
Soon after it sold, Challenger prices went through the roof!  :faint:

sweet!  haha, I grew up in Alameda.  Are those the BV's near COA in the background? (BV's = Buena Vista apartments, COA= college of Alameda)
