Congrats Choppintime
« on: January 20, 2011 - 05:20:40 PM »
Congratulations to member Choppintime

Not only made the cover of Muscle Car Review (February 2011), but earned a nice multi-page feature on his 71 'cuda as a representative of the Street Freak segment :smokin: :smokin:

Way to go man!

btw you made my day as I pulled the mag out of my mailbox and immediately remarked to no one in particular, "Awright, Choppintime mad the cover - COOL!". Yes I am afflicted :grinyes:

To do justice to the car, does anyone have pics to post, a picture is worth a thousand words, especially with this car...  :2cents:

Thanks for all the kind words guys. I had the car at a pretty big show in the fall and Scott (guy who photographed it and wrote the article) approached me. He took some pictures and I gave him the basic background of the car and next thing I know he emails me to tell me I would be in MCR. Then I found out about the cover.

I'm happy to get the car out there. As I've said before I know it's not everyones cup of tea but is completely different. Barring something catastrophic the car will be at Carlisle. I was invited to building 'T' this past summer but couldn't make it because of some family stuff. Anyway, if it makes it in the building again great...........if not I'll park it next to our spots up in row P.

Thanks again guys, appreciate the shout out.

Chris
