Radiator Core Support

I had a 22" radiator in my car and now I am putting a 26" radiator in but the core support is to small for the 26" radiator. Has anyone done this before? Do I have to change the core support, or part of it to make it fit? Does anybody know of a company that makes a core support or any kind of bracket that will allow the 26" radiator to fit? Thanks All.
