    I had the exact same repair on mine too. You don't have to take it out, just grind the heads down and it will fall out. It's like a rivit. I used the bolt in version to replace it. Worked great for me! :2thumbs:

    The orange ones in your picture with the licence plate frame? Dave at Roseville set me up with it, can't remember the part #'s? Worked great though! I can't remember what color mine was? :clueless:

    Rats!  I knew I should have ordered more some spares...   :faint:

    That roller does measure correctly so I'll drill out the hole a bit and give that a shot.

    Yup!  It worked out great.  I had to cut down the length of the screw.  I'm a little worried about clearence but I won't know until I get the glass back in.  I have to order another roller before I can install that.  Overall I'm really please with it.

    Received the last rollers I needed and installed the passenger side window!  Now I have two working windows and can leave the car somewhere (for short periods) without worrying too much.
     :popcorn:
    Messed around with my torsion bar adjustments to correct the car's stance...  was really leaning forward to the driver's side.  Have a little more to go to really fix it and at some point deal with alignment.

    Tomorrow (fingers crossed) I'll swap out my 2 row radiator for a 4 row and fix a seal leak in the bracket that sits on top of the thermostat.   :working:

    Need to be ready for Spring Fling!   :burnout:

    I took the Cuda out on Wednesday.  It was a hot day (93) so I had to get out and feel some Mopar breeze flowing over me.    :burnout:
     
    Unfortunayely my cooling system was not up to the task and my 73 got hot really quickly.    :villagers:

    That night Steve (Autoxcuda) gave me a contact for Champion radiators fairly locally.  I emailed the guy that night 11PM(ish) thinking I'd hear something in the AM.  Well, Craig emailed right back, said he was in his garage working on his car and was happy to help me out.  I am working on a tight timeline so I needed something to install this weekend.    :working:

    Bottomline the deal was done, the 4 core Champion radiator was shipped on Thursday, received on Friday and installed that night!  You have to love the computer age in scenarios like this!

    I had the Cuda out today and the 4 core beast performed great!  I'm going to have to rework my shroud, but that was expected.    :woo:

    One contributor is probably my timing...  it's too advanced.   I'm off to get a distributor wrench today so I can work it back.  The new rad should help and we'll see about this shroud.

    Found a $5 distributor wrench set at Pep-Boys...  worked like a charm.  Made this a painless task (finally a painless task!)

    My timing light showed about 45 deg advance  :scared: and I backed it off to 30.  The engine sounded soo much smoother and drove really well.  :2thumbs:

    I have to say though that the city needs to add some stick'em to the streets around here...  I seem to be testing my tire's traction off the green lights these days.    :burnout:
